- Things to know: Your files sit under my business account. If Google ever changes its rules, has a technical issue, or suspends access, it could affect availability.
🌥️Dropbox (Premium Option)
2 TB – £8 per month
- Why choose this: Very user-friendly, professional sharing, and includes extras like password protection.
- Things to know: It costs more, and if your password or link is lost, recovery can take time.
🌤️pCloud (By Request)
500 GB – £7 per month
2 TB – £14 per month
- Why choose this: Strong focus on security, with long-term storage plans. Great for larger collections.
- Things to know: Not everyone has heard of it, and it may ask you to set up an app or account.
