Hello, my name is Tania. I was born and bred in Clacton, and I have a grown-up family with grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. I'm always ready with a camera to capture those funny, treasured memories as they happen.
After an illness, I was unable to return to work and found myself stuck in a rut, feeling like I was missing something - but I wasn't sure what.
One day, one of my granddaughters asked to see my wedding photos and video. I could show her the photos, even though they'd seen better days, but there was no way to show her the video. Like many people, we'd had our big day recorded on a VHS camcorder tape. In the 25 years since I was married, technology has changed dramatically, and old VHS tapes have become harder and harder to play.
This got me thinking - how could I convert these VHS tapes and bring them into the modern digital world? I spoke to family members and did research. At this point, I wasn't very confident, but then I met Ethel - who became not only great support but also a dear friend who encouraged me even when I felt completely out of my comfort zone.
When I say Ethel and I "met," that's not strictly true - I met Ethel on the internet, and I hope one day to meet her in reality locally. With a lot of determination, we worked hard together, had our ups and downs, but slowly but surely, Unconditional Creations was ready to be born.
I am proud to announce that I can now convert the old to the new, saving memories and history forever. What started as a personal frustration has become my passion - helping families like yours preserve their most precious moments so they'll never be lost to changing technology.
Every photo, every video, every memory you trust me with is treated as if it were my own family treasure. Because I understand exactly how much these moments mean - they're not just files, they're your story.
