PAYMENT TERMS
Booking & Deposits:
- 50% deposit required to secure your booking and begin work
- Deposit confirms your place in our schedule and covers initial processing
- Remaining balance due upon completion, before collection/delivery
Payment Methods:
- Bank transfer, cheque, or cash accepted
- Payment plans available for larger projects - just ask!
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- If you need to cancel before we start, deposit refunded minus £25 admin fee
- We understand life happens - let's talk if circumstances change
COLLECTION & DIGITAL STORAGE
- Physical materials returned via recorded delivery
- Digital copies held securely for 30 days after delivery
- If download issues occur or package doesn't arrive, we'll extend storage and resend
- After 30 days with no contact, digital files are permanently deleted for data protection
- Your original materials are always returned safely to you
TURNAROUND TIME
We aim to complete most projects within 7–10 business days from the date we receive your items. For larger collections or complex projects, a longer timeframe may be required. If this is the case, we will provide you with an estimated completion date before work begins and keep you updated on progress throughout.
